Well, after wearing skinnies for three years straight, I personally can't wear boot cut anymore.. the air on my ankles and the feeling of a pant leg moving, I can't take it..
Besides, I like skinnies c:
The 1950's had pegger jeans
The 1960's had the first womens designed jeans
The 1970's had the lowrise hip huggers and the underwear to go with them
The 1980's had the designer jeans, including the "painted on" effect which equates to today's skinny jeans
The 1990's had the combination of all the previous types, and the revival of the low rise jeans, plus a few inovations
The 2000's went more conservative and we saw the advent of the Jeans Suits which were very comfortable and not so pricey PLUS all the others from the past make a real surge
Today, Where are they going now? The Colored jeans of the 70's seem to be comming back a little but the next really big thing I think is going to be the super skin tight show everything jeans with extra pouch room for men and even tighter for women.
quick comment- boys who wear brightly colored skinny jeans with a belt but sag them, just... go die in a hole.
You can't call yourself a guy and wear skinny jeans.
OR this one....
