It's a bit of a problem, young adults are at their best physically to survive having a child and to have a child with the least likelihood of having serious defects or illnesses. On the other hand, very few young adults have the economic security to have a child without essentially committing financial suicide.

please, even if i wanted children, which i dont, id wait till im almost 30. there is no need to sacrifice being a kid to have a kid, and then id just be screwing them up too

They need to be ready to have children when they do-- both emotionally and financially. You have be prepared to raise a child before you have one.

Hell no. None of them are mature enough, old enough, nor know the ins and outs of having a baby. You cant have a baby and think that you are going to have the same life you did before the baby. Life isn't like that. They need to stop being in a hurry to grow up and take the time to have all the fun they can while they can

On April 1, 2011, I posted, for my facebook status, "I am going to sire a baby! I will be a father in six months!" I was 23 years old, in college, unmarried and not working at the time. Really shocked my dad when he saw it.

They need to get their lives started, and be comfortable with their lives and their jobs. and be ready for the immense need for money and energy to raise a child, who, is your child until the day you die...regardless...
