They been charging for toilets for years. My dad used to drive Taxi, and he'd sit on station at the Greyhound bus depot in Fresno for hours at a time. When I was a young kid sometimes I'd go to work with him. Idk how many times I'd crawl under a stall because I didn't have a quarter.

Depends who you ask. Guess if you pay you have someone that cleans it.
Is it public if someone owns it? Or is it better everyone uses the street because they can not pay?

So I rather have a clean one and pay for it.

I have been in some restrooms (internationally where they do that)... not so great... especially when you are already doing the potty dance. To make it worse you have to pay for toilet paper.

When I was growing up I saw pay toilets alot. I was I thought it was an odd trend when public restroom started to be for free. Not bad odd just odd.

Not if they're not going to put in a pay as you drink meter at the water fountains... They wanna charge for it to come out, but not charge to take it in. That's one sided.
