You don't know why she took the drugs. You shouldn't take a baby (especially a newborn) away from its mother. Maybe supervise her and make sure she's being responsible instead?

its a bit more complicated than that. its not really a yes or no type situation. it all depends on what drugs, what the circumstances are and what can be done about it. im not very tolerant on drugs, but you have to give people some kind of chance to sort themselves out. taking a child away isnt something to be done lightly, unless it is in obvious danger. if it is in danger then yes obviously take the child out of that situation.

God hates fags, really? Because we are Christians, we are suppose to be good people? You obviously don't think so. I'm Christian! Am I automatically deemed a hater towards gay people because of what other Christians did? And the fact is, Christians are not the only ones opposing homosexuality. There is a difference between a bigot and a good Christian. Most Christians are not saints, they do bad things just like any other person why? because we are people, humans.

Give the baby a drug test when it is born if there are no drugs in the babies system then they should not take the baby. I was a drug addict when I got knocked up. I used a about 6 or 7 times after I knew I was pregnant then I quit. The basic rule was CPS did not get involved if the baby was born with no drugs in their system.

I don't really know...but..to me it is child abuse...but they might not be good a parent, and the child will be born with an addiction probably, and is off to a bad start right away...Look at the most recent post here, about the girl and her boyfriend who got high several times in a small period of time, and she put her infant who was strapped into it's car seat, on the roof of her car and drove off, the baby fell off the roof in the middle of an intersection and the high and idiot mother didn't even notice the baby was missing until she got home...Now tell me why she should be allowed to keep that baby...it would be better off with another and better family...

I dont think so but they should know not to and if they still do worn them if they dont stop they will lose their kid..
