Should this youth get jail time for his horrible act against a defenseless animal?

I'm so appalled it's not funny. How could our society let him get away with this without punishment. Worse, do you not think that he is going to escalate in his life time and put a human being at risk with either rape, beating or worse... murder? I think anyone capable of this kind of brutality is easily capable of worse, since he clearly has no regard for life. Please be advised that if you go further down the page and decide to watch the video it is very brutal.

I would not only jail him I would post the pictures in the jail so that everyone there knows what he did with the whole story.

Oh I certainly didn't mean to imply that she had anything to do with it. Being a mother myself my mind just automatically goes to " wow, I wonder how the mother feels?" unfortunately that's one thing about the written word, it comes without being able to express feelings and so quite often it's taken the wrong way... I hate that.

Well, we could get together and find some doggies to put in the room with him. Some hungry ones. Wait, that's not fair to the dogs and he would probably be poisonous to them.
