Should this mom be charged with child abuse?

A husband about to hit his wife, she grabs their 3 month old son thinking he
would not hit her if she was holding the baby, but he did, giving his wife a
black eye and causing the baby to slip from her arms and sustain injuries.



Thankfully baby will be okay but what are your thoughts , should the
mom also be charged with endangerment of a child or is this situation a special
circumstance?

    I certainly do not agree with her decision to pick up the baby. I understand her thought process, I just don't agree. But I don't believe she intended her child harm. Ugh! It's just a horrible situation no matter how you look at it!

    although she was being attacked, she put her child in danger
    regardless of her husband's actions, she brought her child into the battle and the child got hurt

    The husband should be charge with spousal battery as well as battery of the child AND child endangerment.

    she isn't bright but she is not criminal. i think the dude should have his balls nailed to a tree stump which is then lit on fire. and give him a butter knife. he can either burn to death or cut off his junk. that is about how what such a man is worth.

    i think its terrible that the husband treats his wife like that, but in a way, it is selfish for her to have put the baby in that position
