I'm all for teens being on providing they stop being stupid and attacking others for having different opinions. They get paranoid and defensive everytime they hear something they don't want to hear. If they are unable to communicate like adults, they need to get off of the social networking sites until they DO learn to communicate. If it were possible to raise it then yes.
