Should i get the micro dermal piercing?

i basically want to get a piercing and thought that a micro dermal on my lower hip would be great because it's a surface piercing and it's a pretty hot one to get. the only thing is that i'm not actually allowed to get piercings but i've had my tongue web done for months and no one ever noticed. so my question is should i get it? will it be to obvious?
