Question Living

Should Health-care be available to our pets as a next step approach for National Health Care ?

True~Male November 06, 2009 05:40:20

Many would say that veterinarian bills are too high so in effort to better care for our pets should we include National Health-care for Pets too ?

My guess is we will follow the California model and go broke long before most social welfare and entitlement programs favored by leftists will be brought to full fruition.

While I find this sad, it is an unfortunate fact of life that sometimes the only way for people to learn their lesson is from harsh consequences.

They're animals. The fact that Americans throw billions at their pets only serves to illustrate how spoiled we really are as a society. I say put them down.

I about died laughing when I read this question, lol. Sure, lets give them healthcare, food stamps, welfare and social security while we're at it.

But what about single payer plan such as Pelosi talks of ? Can't afford pet health insurance
  • Merl True~Male November 06, 2009 05:55:01

Eat your pet, if you can't afford to care for them. With the way government is spending money that is all we will have left to eat anyway.
