Think of it as “CSI: Doggie Doodoo.”
Residents at a Baltimore condominium are considering using doggie DNA to figure out whose dog is pooping in the hallways and elevators.
“If you walk outside your door and step in a pile of poop in your own hallway in your own building, I think it’s a pretty big problem,” condo board member and dog owner Steve Franz told WBAL TV.
During the process, each dog that lives in the complex would be swabbed orally. If poop is found in the hallways or elevators, it will be sent away, and experts would be able to identify the culprit in the lab.
Wonder what happens to the dog whodunit?

I am so fed up with these people who believe they have to own a dog but are too lazy to want to clean up after it, so they take them for "walks" so they can crap in other peoples yards. I mean c'mon, that just ain't right. Let's be realistic here, if you're too damn lazy to clean up after your animal, which by law you're responsible for, then damn it, you're not fit to be an owner.
