Brides can wear whatever colour they like as far as I'm concerned. I don't think that virgins should have to wear a certain colour, so that everyone knows about their lack of action.

Tradition is out the door on this one, and it's their day they can wear any color they like. but if they do chose white, none of the guests should, that I do find disrespectful.

I think that it doesn't matter anymore. What difference does it really make. The OLD tradition was to wear WHITE IF YOU WERE A VIRGIN... But, unless you really and truly knew for a fact No one would know the difference or care. There are many "brides" going back to the alter many timea and there are quite a few that still wear white.. NOW , in that case I believe that is incorrect but there again WHO CARES ........

I think a bride can wear whatever they like. The clothes a couple is wearing when they take their vows is not as important as the vows themselves.

If you abstain from sex till marriage and practice fidelity within marriage (and marry someone who has done the same), neither one of you has to worry about an STD.

It would be physically impossible for either one of you to contract one.

I think people should wear what they want to wear. Not everyone wears a white wedding dress. Some brides even choose not to wear a wedding dress at all. It's their big day, they can wear what they want.
