Should an amusement park refuse someone who is a double amputee (no legs) to board a roller coaster?

    If the ride is not safe for someone missing certain limbs, then yes, he or she should not be permitted to ride it. If it is safe, then of course amputees should ride it.

    I think someone should maybe work on a way to make it safe for them. They could even make it a little more money to offset the cost to engineer this person specific thing. If they want to take the risk, though I say let them sign a waiver.

    I would think it would depend on the engineering of the ride and seats.

    Just another thing that the lawyers have ruined for people. I say "undecided" because I don't want anyone to get hurt, though.

    Like no but the family should still be able to sue the amusement park because they still might do something wrong to where someting dreadful does happen but yet you won't be able to take action

    I have ridden some powerful roller coasters. The safety harness might not hold them down.I worked at an amusement park.{Six Flags}
