You've already seen Katy Perry and Taylor Swift's new 'dos. Now Shakira has joined the holiday haircut club. The sultry Colombian singer has chopped off her long blond waves in favor of a straighter, chin-length bob. She revealed the new look on Twitter on Tuesday.
According to photographers "on the scene," the 34-year-old singer spent more than six hours inside the Jordi Ripoll salon in Barcelona, which opened just for her, People reports. We have to say, we kind of prefer Shakira's long waves to this practical 'do, which feels kind of soccer mom-ish to us. However, the Fablife.com loves the new look. "The singer now has a choppy bob, which we think looks fantastic on her," the blog raves.
In other celeb hair news, Perry and Swift have both revealed new 'dos. Perry has a shorter -- and blonder -- haircut, with a shock of pink on top (she's still Katy Perry, after all). And Swift now has bangs. Do you like Shakira's latest style? Or did she look sexier before?
