They're not really "kids" anymore, but Selena Gomez and Katy Perry both heated up the orange carpet at Saturday's Kids' Choice Awards. And despite their eight-year age difference, they both pretty much wore the same thing. Selena Gomez, 19, bared her sculpted midriff in a pink bra-like top and a sparkly, bedazzled skirt.

Katy Perry, as usual, went for a slightly brighter look. The purple-and-blue haired singer went for a neon green tank top and matching green skirt, matching the ceremony's famous green goo.

So who wore it better? We lean toward Selena, who went for a more elegant look, but Katy was definitely the one having more fun (as always). As far as the actual awards went, Selena won two: Favorite TV Actress (for "Wizards of Waverly Place") and Favorite Female Singer, while Katy won one, Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie (for "The Smurfs").

Im judging purely on the clothing. And since its a kids choice awards i think Katy wore it better. It was fun and bright and it matched the slime.

They both look kind of stupid..but Selena definitely looks better than LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME Katy Perry. Since when is it cool to wear bra-like top? It looks stupid and slutty. You're going to an awards show; not jogging.

Selena looks cuter/more put together here. I don't know what's been going on with Katy lately; between her bright blue/purple (tacky looking) hair to these random neon outfits...I just don't think she looks as good as she used to.
