Depends on why and how you handle it.

I don't see 'red' but I have a flash of white and a bit of dizziness. Best to just take a few deep breaths and contemplate the situation. Things usually wind up looking pretty small.

OH its your eyes..sorry...you need to get to the DR...I thought you were just mad =(.. you for sure need to have them looked at,,hope you feel better..
