Most people look upon the new Duchess of Cambridge with awe, or with jealousy, or more probably they don't care one way or the other. But hardly anyone has an issue with her famously frugal (relatively speaking) approach to fashion.
Hardly anyone, except for Kelly Osbourne. The 26-year-old co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police" says Kate Middleton's penchant for - gasp! - wearing the same outfit twice, is not cool at all.
She explained to Jay Leno that "In England they're like, 'Look how thrifty she's being, showing the British public that the royals are in a recession as well.'"
Osbourne, on the other hand, sees things differently:
The newly minted Mrs. Wales recently landed on Vanity Fair's 72 International Best-Dressed List, for the second time in three years.
But it's not just the future queen that's got Kelly's ire up! No, former friend, singer Christina Aguilera, is on her naughty list as well. On "Fashion Police," she called Aguilera a "fat b----," after some unflattering recent photos of the diva.
Apparently the two have have some weight-related history. Osbourne, who's struggled with her weight, says Aguilera "called me fat for so many f***ing years so you know what? F**k you, you’re fat, too.”

What a jerk. And a complete diva. Kate Middleton was a normal person once, not a princess. Wearing outfits once before getting rid of them is called being a diva, with a head in the clouds.
Then again, Kelly Osbourne is famous for.. Well, not a lot at all. Except the small entertaining fact that she is extremely crude and underdeveloped in the brain.
Kate Middleton doesn't have time to listen to some useless drug baby. She's a princess. And she's lovely. I commend her for her down to earth attitude, and kindness.
Some of us also like our clothes enough that we WANT to wear them more than once.
And what if you just really, really like the way you look in something?
And for God's sake, who the hell is she judging? Kate has always been a well dressed, elegant lady, and I have seen many many celebrities wearing a dress or a top more than once. Get a life, Kelly loser.
Bravo HRH Kate, and Boo, hiss hiss BOO on kelly.
There are worse crimes against fashion, like socks with sandals.
