Brazilian manufacturer, Embraer Jets (or, 'E-Jets'), is looking to increase their visibility in the U.S. aircraft market. The E-Jet boasts a smaller cabin than popular domestic aircrafts like the Boeing-737 and Airbus-320, holding anywhere from 70-124 passengers. These jets are targeting airlines that aim to fly shorter, more frequent routes.

The smaller E-Jet is a single-aisle plane, with two passenger seats on each side rather than three. This may be a huge plus for travelers who avoid the ever-dreaded middle seat. Which seat do you prefer on a plane?

TRAVEL.USATODAY.COM reports:
If you've flown up to half-way across the U.S., the chances are good you've been on a plane made by Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer.

I almost never use public washrooms and I don't like peoples asses in my face trying to get out to use the washroom. Plus, I like looking at the view outside. Look at this pretty ugly picture I took

Window if I must ride. But to be honest, I hate every seat on every plane. It used to be at least tolerable (barely) before smoking bans, but now I'd rather be shipped Fed-Ex.

if not that then an isle seat. but window seat is better cuz u get a great view and no one wakes you up if they wanted to go the restroom.

Window seat for the view,. And preferably to the rear of the plane, as you're more statistically likely to survive if something goes wrong!

I don't ever take long flights, and I love seeing what's outside and below me. I've sat in the middle and aisle before and hated both of them. I didn't totally hate aisle cause I was able to get it a little faster, but the middle was awful. I had some cranky person to the right, and someone on the left who joined in there complain-y-ness. They kept like sticking their heads over me to talk to each other, one had raunchy breath, that person kept getting up and crawling over to go to the bathroom. I usually don't ever have to go the bathroom when I'm flying, so yeah.

I've only been on a plane twice. Once I was by the window, the other time I was in the middle. I don't know what it's like being in the aisle, but I absolutely hate the window seat! It's probably because I couldn't help but look out the window and that made me extremely dizzy and nauseous.

I'm afraid of flying, and there is just something really comforting about sitting in the middle.

Due to my habit of having to pee at least once every twenty minutes, I think it'd be really impolite to sit in the middle or the window seat and have to climb over my fellow passengers every time the seatbelt sign went off.

My bladder capacity is sufficient enough that except on really long flights, I can avoid going to the restroom, so I prefer the window seat so that I don't have some woman with the bladder capacity of a thimble constantly crawling over me to go to the restroom. Not that I actually *mind* having women "crawl over me", but I prefer it to be the really cute and frisky ones... [dirty-old-man-grin]

If I see the people I will get anxious & the aisle will make me have tunnel vision.. basically a person like me should not be on a plane. Id have the entire plane clmbing the ceiling. I'd be like the guy on Twilight Zone
