But doesn't the charge of murder require premeditation? Wouldn't that require that you have to prove the dude knew the child would be aborted if one were conceived. I think 'criminal negligence causing death' would be far easier to get a conviction on.

Having a child today should require the consent of BOTH PARENTS.
