I have low blood pressure so if anything it helps me because when my blood pressure gets too low I get dizzy/feel weak. But as long as I eat a good amount of salt, that doesn't happen.

I am used to not using it. Sometimes but I have found for me it's tastier using real herbs like sage, parsley, green onions etc. to season food.

I don't count my salt intake, but I usually don't add extra any salt to my meals (though I'm sure I have eaten meals with a high salt content to begin with).

I'm very careful now. I have always loved lots of salt on everything. I've learned it can be detrimental to my health. I now go low sodium and I use Sea Salt.

I use this potassium chloride stuff. It tastes just like salt, but it has no sodium so it doesn't raise blood pressure. Of course, my blood pressure is chronically low, causing fainting spells and such, so I probably should have more sodium >.>
