Bush didn't even start it. This train has been running off course since 1913 when the Federal Reserve was put in control of our currency. All the blaming of these puppet presidents is counter productive to getting this thing back on track.

But the bad news for Putin is that the Far East is now rising, leaving Central Russia to its perpetual irrelevance in economics and politics- buoyed only by the possession of oil and nuclear weapons to set it on the world stage. The future of this World is the axis between Washington and Beijing and the trade-relations, diplomatic standing and economic cooperation between them. Russia is increasingly marginal, even in a declining West.
