Rihanna's Fanny Pack: Does She Pull It Off?

Rihanna is known for her shocking sense of style -- and this might be her most shocking look yet. Just days after wearing a completely sheer top without a bra to a Manhattan restaurant, RiRi has been spotted wearing -- wait for it -- a fanny pack.

While Celebuzz compares Rihanna to "a mom from the 1990s," they also note that her fanny pack is "blinded out," as in not very mom-like. Plus, if you look closely, you'll note that the "bling" consists of tiny dollar signs. Rihanna also happens to be wearing denim on denim -- another '90s look. And somehow, she manages to pull the whole thing off.

In fact, we far prefer it to the see-through top she wore the other day. Modesty suits you, Rihanna! Do you think the pop songstress pulled the fanny-pack look off? Or can no one pull the questionable '90s fashion trend off?

    stop hating people.. she looks great with a fanny pack and fanny packs arent bad me personally i wouldnt wear it but she looks good with it and it also depends on how you wear it and if you dazzle it up alittle. f@#$%ing haters

    Anything Rihanna has on looks great... Does this mean I can break mine out again... Fanny Packs may not be much of a fashion statement, but they sure come in handy, e.g. hitting the gym with all my garb in it... Not out for style points anywho...

    First of all, never wear a denim top. Ever. Unless you are in a delorian heading to the late 1980's. Second, no. Fanny packs do not look good. On anyone. Ever. Can we find a happy medium between wearing practically nothing and looking like you just got off the fashion train a couple decades ago and aren't getting back on any time soon.

    Rihanna is over doing it now, I know "Disturbia" is a lot of things but this time she is changing like a chameleon. what's up with these superstars when they accumulate a lot of money from record sales, shows and tours they do stupid things with their image?....money is wonderful but there is a thing called "money madness" and she needs to put a lot of it to good use like settings up charities for the poor and suffering. It's about giving back, that's what fans give you the money and the power to do.
