guess you've never worked in a non-union place where the boss took an instant dislike to an employee and forced her to resign. unions would have prevented that type of treatment.reply

You can. However it is a lot more infrequent. I happen to have lived in a right to work state. Talk about an oxymoron! People came to work sicker than a dog because they were afraid to call in sick. Employers truly had a Simon Legree mentality. Unions aren't perfect, however they are infinitely better than the alternative. So take your boots and your bias and keep bitching. Your hatred of what America stands for is surpassed only by your lack of intelligence.reply
