Maybe it's me....

Does it seem that when the Republicans / Consevatives / GOP come across a dissenting opinion, they go on the attack with childish pictures and downright UNTRUE statement about Liberals and progressives AND the President? Seems to me that Sodahead has been OVERRUN with Right-Wing NUT JOBS....

    You obviously erred and meant liberals and LWNJs because that's exactly what I run across all the time. They're nasty, insulting and often block you because you have a dissenting opinion.

    not all of them are stingy, just like not all liberals are lazy gimme hand out douchebags. thats why I dont like to associate myself to any political party. Theres good,bad and ugly on both sides.All politicians are going to lookout for #1 and their rich supporters before you and me anyways...

    The whole Left vs Right war is childish and I'm getting sick of it. I think both ways on different issues, sometimes left and sometimes right. I dont understand how a person can be defined by using one of two words. If I say anything to support the right I get attacked with insulting rhetorical nonsense and if I say anything to support the left I get the same.

    it really doesn't matter what kind of politition you are or which side you support, they both will act childish from time to time. When someone feels threatened they go on the attack, wheather it is true or not.

    I believe that I have seen more of that kind of activity from you and those like you than what you claim.

    Also it is quite a leap from images to a lack of heart, don't you think. Please tell me though, although you never answer my questions or requests, which person has more heart, the one that GIVES a hungry man a fish, or the one that TEACHES the hungry man to fish?

    Conservatives do that to me all the time if I say anything that slightly leans to the left. You just dont see it as much because you are on the opposite side, but as an independent thinker I get attacked by retards from both sides.

    He has a lot of the conservative libertarians following him too i believe. I'm disappointed because I think he would have been a perfect candidate to run against Obama, stealing many votes. I may not agree with some of his standpoints but the man does have a record for integrity.

    Pretend to be a conservative on a site like this for a while, and you'll easily see what I mean.

    By the way, you're throwing the tired old "heartless conservative" and "right-wing nut jobs" accusations around.

    I think both sides are guilty of this to an equal degree. SH leans mostly right in membership, but I've seen the left/progressive side get just as nasty. Go to a left leaning site like Huffpo and you'll see equally ugly things come out of a "progressive's" mouth.

    I think it would do us all some good - left or right - to remember that we're all in this together and that we're being equally screwed by a common enemy.
