To me religion is made up and passed down. There is no basis in fact in religion. I don't believe in it. That's just my truth. I don't put down others who believe. That is fine and they should do what they feel comfortable and happy with.

Personally, I am much more interested in what we discover in Science. There are many answers there for how and why things happen. I find truth there.

I believe in God. I believe the design must have a designer. However, I fully admit I can't explain a being who is beyond my comprehension. I was raised to believe in Christianity, but I've found a lot of problems with the Bible. As of now, I consider myself a Deist. It's very difficult to believe many of the stories in the Bible. Noah's ark is one such story that's absolutely difficult to believe.

Well said! Like both Einstein and Newton agree upon, there must have been a "creator or designer", but they never took it that one extra step. There was a "creator or designer" of TIME. We can all agree upon the big bang theory, but I have yet come across a theory of what was BEFORE the big bang. And that`s cause there was NOTHING. Time BEGAN then. And "God" was the AUTHOR. We all are "GOD". Heaven lies on Earth.

I find neither atheism nor theism to be completely convincing, so I look upon both with skepticism. I see nothing wrong with admitting what I do not know or understand, as opposed to taking an absolutist position on the subject.

you speak like a lawyer made of steel , not like a human being with emotions ( some are beyond our understanding ) . I have personally , experienced things which people call miracles but for me they were not , they were wonderful but common , in the world of miracles .
But my words are not because I don't respect your opinion . You are just too logical .
