Rebecca Bargy Suffocates Husband in Sex Game: Does Bargy deserve jail time?

I don't know, an experience I had with a drug addicted woman makes me wonder. In 1999 I stayed a few months with a married couple I'd known for a few years. They had a beautiful lake house with enough room for 10 people to live comfortably. It only took about a week for me to notice that the wife was a walking talking pharmacy, I'm not kidding, she had everything from Advil to Xanax. To make a long story short, to say we didn't get along would be the biggest understatement of the century. Two weeks after my stay started I decided to leave around mid December, and I informed her of my decision that night. She pleaded with me to stay for her big New Years Eve party and I reluctantly agreed. On New Years Eve night she was mixing me rum and cokes , and after about 3 I stopped because my head was spinning. An hour later I was in bed passed out to the point that my brother tried to wake me three times and failed. When I woke up the next morning my brother was sitting in a chair next to the bed freaking out and screaming, " That bitch tried to murder you bro, I swear she did". Evidently my brother walked into my room around midnight to see her yanking a pillow away from my face. She told him she was playing around trying to get me to wake up for the fireworks. I couldn't tell you what happened, they could have lit off a nuke in the back yard and I wouldn't have known it. My brother to this very day swears it was attempted murder, and if it was, she got away with it. And I have to admit , if she'd succeeded, there's a good chance she would have gotten away with it. I suspect the drinks were spiked with Xanax. Poor Mike, he mixed drugs with alcohol and passed away in his sleep. I moved out a few days after the incident and never looked back.
