Chemicals, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, artificial colors, artificial food, might be good for artificial people... but real people should eat real foods, eating closer to the earth, least processed, least adulterated... I'm not talking vegan or such, just the kinds of foods my grandparents and parents ate. Whole milk, maybe even (gasp) raw milk, heavy cream, butter, lard, real meat, pork... yeah give me real food anytime!
