I think I might word it different but my opinion probably wouldn't change too much unless it was a question that I was really struggling with and one option barely won out over the other. Then I might end up changing my answer based on my mood or thought process.
Yes, depends on the question content but sometimes it doesn't take that long. Circumstances change. Sometimes you think about it a while and question your take on it or after reading some others opinions that see it differently.
