Prince Harry Moves in With Will and Kate: Would You Live With a Married Couple?

Bros will be bros. Even though Prince William is a married man now, Prince Harry has decided to move in with the royal couple at their Kensington Palace compound. "This is not a huge space, but it is only natural now he's in his 20s that he would want to be independent and have his own place, and move out of the place he has been since he was a child," a Palace source tells People magazine.

prince harry

True ... but is living with your brother and his wife much better than living with your dad and stepmom? According to People, Harry is temporarily in a one-bedroom apartment in the Palace, but he will move into a bigger home WITH Will and Kate next year (or at least on the grounds).

"The princes are very close, and Harry is also very close to the duchess," the source adds. "They have all been thinking about this for a while, and when the opportunity came up they grabbed it."

The move will allow Harry and Will to have more bro time. "They do things privately together a lot," the source says, "and there are things that all three attend together in a formal capacity, and hopefully that won't change." Would you ever live with a married couple, especially your brother and his wife? Or is that too close for comfort?

In the situation here I would, the place is big enough that you may not see each other for days at a time.

Sure, why shouldn't he move in with his brother and sister in law? He is military and has a busy social and official life. He wont be actually in -house with them much...... William/Kate and Harry are all very busy people with mandatory ( government ) public relations .......

I am now - living with my sister in order to help her take care of my brother-in-law........

Since William and Kate aren't exactly living in a 900 sq. foot 1 bedroom apt, I imagine there is more than enough room for Harry.........

Sounds personal. They don't know you and I doubt if they'd care about what you think.

As long as the house has plenty of elbow room and the married couple aren't too noisy after hours, sure, as long as the rent's free.

Not if i didnt have to. But theres no excuse for Harry to be living with his brother. Its not like he can't afford his own place. He's a bluudy Prince! Talk about attatchment issues!
But since "they do things privately together alot", lmao, i guess that they'd have to be pretty close!

In most parts of the world, families live together their entire life, or across the street from each other. It is only in the US where it is considered a disgrace to love your family enough to want to be around each other all the time.

Not a disgrace in my book. Family and friends are the very people you should be close to and be around in my book. And we are...

considering this is not a 2 bedroom house; it would save the British people the cost of getting him an apartment; and he is at the moment the heir to the throne after his brother, it's fine. Now the vast majority of us are not like the British royal family and the only way I would consider living with a married sibling would be if there was a separate attachment (the so-called "in-law" design)

and so do single people... but there's nothing wrong with living with a married couple so long as everyone recognizes that all parties need their space and privacy from time to time.

A married couple make up their own family. they need their private space. Living with them may bring inconvenience to them. The lovers can do anything they want to do at will without others in the house. For example, they can speak loudly without worrying if they may disturb others. in my opnion, living with a married couple looks like that a Intrusion Into one'sfamily life.

You're assuming that all married couples are the same. They aren't. Some... actually many prefer to share their lives with other people... interact and appreciate good, healthy friendships. When the time comes for those couples to do "anything they want to do" then communication usually happens and their wishes should be respected.

My thoughts exactly. If you're moving into a small home, privacy becomes an issue. But, hell, with the size of this place, it's probably not much different from moving just down the block.

Well, if you're moving into a small home with a married couple here's hoping all three of you have already had the "privacy becomes an issue" discussion... in depth. Otherwise you're right, it won't be a healthy relationship later on down the road.

If the accommodations are the size of that compound, it probably wouldn't make much difference. As for a Palace source saying it isn't 'that much space,' let's remember they aren't talking about a 3 bedroom flat!

in case Will and Kate have a fight, Will can always run to Harry's room and spend the night....lol

You do every single day up until you move out of your parents house, what is the difference? Yeah they are your folks but still just because you are there dont mean they stop having sex ( I really don't want to think about that ) Now I wouldn't want to move in with my sister we would end up going nuts just because she tends to talk, non stop it would drive me up a wall. But I could live with my best friend Fleeta and her Hubby as long as the house was big enough that we weren't tripping over each other.

I moved in with two friends from work who were engaged when I was about 24 as they had a room for rent. It turned out to be a really bad idea as my presence seemed to affect their relationship then they eventually blamed me.
