Karen, I hope you know how much I can empathize with you. I lost my little girl "Milky" last May after having her from 6 weeks old until 12. She is the one I use for my avatar and I still miss her tons.
I hope you can find solace from your friends on here, and in person. We will all be united when we get to the Rainbow Bridge~~
I hope your health is doing better.
Jezey, thank you so much for posting this.... God Bless~~~
Prayer Request for Karen E, and the loss of her beloved dog Tripp.

I ask you that you pray for our friend Karen E. She had to say good-bye to her beloved dog Tripp this morning. Tripp was her Chihuahua. She had had Tripp since he was 4 weeks old. And he was 14 yrs old when she had to let him go this morning. The time had come, she had dreaded for some time now. Those of us lucky enough to call Karen "friend," know how much she loved her Tripp. Tripp had been in poor health for a while now. And she knew the day would come, when he would let her know, he could not go on any longer. And that day came this morning. She knew last night, that the morning might bring the time to let him go. And it did. He looked up at her, and let her know, that she and he, had to part ways for now. I know that little pup (I seem to call even grown dogs pup or puppy) loved his mama dearly. He hung on as long as he could for her. He could hold on no longer.
This is almost as hard on me as it is Karen. For you see, I too, lost my beloved dog a few years ago. I still miss him. I still cry for him at times. I loved him dearly. For those of us that love our pets, the loss is deep and emotional. It truly breaks our hearts.
Some people don't seem to get how we can love an animal so much. They don't get, that we love our pets like family. Literally. They don't get that the loss of a pet can be as devastating to some, as the loss of a human. They don't get that our pets love us unconditionally. They don't get that our pets are there for us when we cry to comfort us. They are there for us when we get home from work, or even running errands, to let us know how excited they are to see us. They are there for us for whatever needs we may have. And they ask for little in return. They are devoted to us, and to them, we can do no wrong. Some of us sleep with our pets even. And boy, try sleeping in a regular sized bed with a Boxer. :)
I guess I could go on on, but I need to stop. Those of you that love animals, such as cats or dogs, know what it is to loose them. I need not say more. You understand.
I ask that you keep Karen E and her beloved dog Tripp in your thoughts and prayers. She is devastated, and tonight will be especially hard on her. Tripp always slept with her. And he won't be there to sleep with her tonight.
Sis, my heart breaks for you. I cry with you. I cry for you. I have come to love that little pup so very much too. I feel like I knew him through you. I am so very sorry for your loss. May granny, and your daddy, comfort and guide Tripp on his path home. May you dream tonight, and see granny, your aunts, and your daddy at the Rainbow Bridge, with Tripp, Beau, Jasper, and my Damien. All young, happy, and carefree. And one day, may we see them too, at the Rainbow Bridge, where they will be waiting for us, when the time comes.
God Bless you and Tripp.

You are in my prayers and will see your beloved Tripp on the other side. God Bless!
Beautiful pics. Thank you so much for your kind words. I know you can sure empathize with Karen, as most of us in here can. Most of us have all gone through this. So very painful.
She had to get off and try to rest for the night. Her migraine is back bad again, and she is not doing well. She is so very lost without Tripp.
I will sure pray for Karen. It's a difficult road to recover from the death of a family member.
Thank you sweetie, for your sweet words and prayers for Karen. ♥♥♥
