Not really ... but it is coming. The obamarroid econazis are driving a record number of coal fired generating plants out of busines. About 7% of our capacity. There is nothing that will replace it or fill any growth in demand. Hold on to yuor hats people. The America hating socialist scum are making a mess and screwing the possibility of a recovery.

Why are people CONSTANTLY blaming Obama for EVERYTHING? Do you not realize that we don't need power? It hurts the atmosphere. We are the ones destroying the Earth! And on top of that, George Bush did create this mess. If you want to blame anyone, blame him. I'm sure Obama has good freakin' reason for anything he does.

We don't need power? Sure, if you don't mind living in the 18th century, then I guess it would be fine. Personally I like our modern luxuries. Things like "the phone", refridgerator, "light", airconditioning, etc. BTW, what are you powering your PC with? (besides hot air & BS that is) Hypocrite.

Cool story, bro. Of course I'm using power right now. But I don't stay on that long as to where some people stay on for hours at a time.

Because people are stupid and since George Bush messed everything up, and it's still messed up because of him and Obama is president, they think it's on him, when really what Bush did is hard to fix.

Yeah and that's why the majority of people are conservative. Obama isn't, and they think this is all his fault when really it's conservative Bush's fault. *Did you know* Some people are conservative ONLY because they don't want to pay taxes?

Have you seen the horrible pollution in China and India? Probably not. Those 2 countries are chokers! Nasty. They do nothing about it. Those 2 countries have a huge population polluting thinking nothing of environment.

It is not Obama's fault. I can't stand him but he is not responsible for the state of the atmosphere nor is Bush. You act as if we are the only country! All of the countries on the planet have contributed to the state it is at now.

I'd like to see you live without electricity. Not hot water for showers. No electricity to blowdryer and straighten your hair. No computer. No stereos. No game systems. TV. To name a few.
  • Lizzeh D D 2012/08/01 17:41:39

It doesn't matter what country has the most pollution, it's the fact that we're doing it too. I could live without electricity no problem if it as turned off. But okay, keep talking.
