Oven - baked french fries with chili- cheese sauce.. makes a great hearty snack or light meal! Don't forget the salt and pepper, or Tony Chacherie's! And, be sure the cheese is real, grated cheese. Sharp cheddar works well - or provolone!

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
