Slow cooker all day, pan seared first with a coating of flour, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Into the cooker goes brown gravy, 1 diced onion, one can sliced mushrooms, some cinnamon, more thyme, and some cayenne.
But I can live with baked. Over all I prefer a good Pork Loin or Roast and my fave is Porque Pibril (if you are not familar with this watch the movie "Once Upon A Time in Mexico" and the recipe is in the Special Features)
