I meant to click "yes". I lived in Germany for a while when I was younger and have good friends from there. My friend Samantha and I were raised totally different when it comes to sex and all that. European people are a lot more open then Americans are when it comes to nudity and sex. Sam can talk to her mom about her..experiences with her boyfriends and it be totally normal for her to go into detail and not worry about what her mother would say. I wasn't raised like that. I still don't talk to my mom about my love life. If I have anything I want to know or talk about I call my girl friends. As far as nudity goes it is just as acceptable. If you have been to a beach in Europe most of the people are completely topless. It just isn't a big deal there.

Too Many religious fanatics in the United States are so narrow minded about sexuality and nude bodies. Yet in the U.S. we have more perverts, peep shows, pedophiles, porn, and topless bars. Europeans are more mature, and intelligent about what is natural.

It's not just the religious... many feminists are against this sort of thing as well. Recent efforts to try changing laws regarding allowing women to go topless in public reveal why because in Portland Maine men came out with wolf whistles and so forth but it wasn't the men who created the problem... several of the women purposely posed for photo's making it look like it was exactly what opponents said as they made it sexual. The founder of the Maine march blew a fuse in rage about how the men reacted but didn't seem to care that the women in the march were egging it on actually encouraging the men.

While several of these rallies took place, most women actually do not want to go topless in public and they do not support it. Europe isn't so different than the US as while it is more open... it is also more open to what we define as perverts, or maybe more forgiving of it so there is another side to being open minded you probably would not find acceptable either because while you might be more free over there, so are the perverts.

I never understood why people in the US are so afraid of a little boobage.. They don't care how much skin is showing so long as no nipple peeks out, as if that makes such a difference!

I can only speak for myself, but I think it is just tacky for a women to wear a piece of cloths just over her nipples its pointless.. But that is why I keep my self completely covered. I am not afraid to show my body, I just only want to share it with the man that I want to be with. Europeans are just more free spirited in that area then most Americans.

i spent a week in spain in 2005, most of the women were topless on the beach, and i LOVED it! america defines PRUDE. maybe if america would let women go topless, we'd get more fit women!!!! USA is the world's porker capital!!!!!
