	Who's your daddy!! I sure have! It's my right as a parent to make suggestions.
	I stay completely out of my kid's/kids' social life/lives.
	My kid has friends that I thought would be a good match, but I haven't said anything about it.
	Are you kidding? I had an arranged marriage; it was good enough for me, and it will be good enough for my kid.
	I'll be right back: I've left my helicopter running on the back lawn, as I was about to go see if I could do anything to help my kid in his/her life because, you know: s/he's a kid and s/he needs my help ever day!

We have a population of 97 here and there's always the temptation to play matchmaker since everyone pretty much knows everyone else. Our few rules include one that makes matchmaking an offense punishable by death. And rightly so. Let people make their own mistakes or they will never learn anything.
