Totally bare is a preference, but most like it at least groomed. Bushy Hair poking out of the panties is not sexy.

"Negative health implications of the practice"? Thanks to pubic hair removal, pubic lice a.k.a. "crabs" are almost extinct in Western countries. If pubic hair makes a revival, so will they.

PS: If shaving increases the infection risk, as this doctor claims, why do hospitals shave patients prior to surgery? Oh, that's right... to *lower* the infection risk. Hair increases the surface area that bacteria can grow on.

And lets end the war on face hair, armpit hair, leg hair, nose hair, ear hair, hair of the dog. How much more ridiculous can this get? Has anyone read of any epidemics of any kind that are a result of shaved pubes? That's a rhetorical question. The answer is no. Women who do shave their pubes, including those who go completely bare, love it because it enhances their sexual experience and feels nicer generally.

Shaving and waxing are two of the best ideas humanity has ever had. Please don't take us back to the 1970's and before, lucky for me I was too young to ever witness the bushes.

seems like the risk is only if your banging random people every night risking STDs or STIs by having small wounds as a result of shaving. If you are in a relationship and know your partner i dont see the problem

Nobody ever argues that nail cutting is unnatural. Probably because it isn't, since nature intended us to groom ourselves. For many people, that includes body and facial hair removal.
