Pepsi is adding a new drink type to its arsenal: the fat-blocking cola. This new fiber-infused drink, called the "Pepsi Special" contains dextrin, a fiber that distributor Suntory claims helps reduce fat levels in the body. Is there a diet pepsi version of this?
And you just have to wonder if this stuff tastes nasty.
Japan prefers different tastes for junk/fast foods.
PS: Interesting factoid: I live in New Bern, NC which is the birthplace of Pepsi, a local pharmacist developed the recipe. There's a really cool memorial downtown and a Pepsi shop in the original location.
If it's coming from Japan, (the little country that keeps coming up with ideas that makes talking animals seems logically possible) I think it's gonna be good.
