Folks, electricity is dangerous!
The idea that the guy was blown out of his rubber slippers (flip-flops in other parts...) makes me smile. He was liesurely pulling wires until he hit the hot one.

A man was electrocuted when he tampered with equipment at a Duke Energy substation in Ivorydale on Sunday, company officials said.
