Best sandwich where you get peanut butter and potassium as well as a fruit on a bagel thin and it stays within my carb count. Being a diabetic that is important and yummy to boot!

Nutella is a creamy chocolate hazelnut spread. It is good stuff. i spread it on a slice of whole wheat toast or use the portion size as a snack with pretzels.
Kind of like this but i don't like it too heavy, I give it a light glaze over my toast, but these i found also look good. Um to me!!

Growing up in the Elvis era, it would be unusual for a person to not try that treat at least once.

I wouldn't want a steady diet of them, but they are great, and I will enjoy at least one, once a month. Eventually I came up with my own concoction, now using Texas Toast, crunchy peanut butter and very ripe bananas. Dip the sandwich in egg/milk wash (just like you would for a good grilled cheese sandwich), and fry in lots of butter.

Bet Elvis would come to life (if he is actually dead) to have one of those.
