Parenting: grandma left you some cash, and you used some of it for a (relatively) schmall trust for your kids...but you use it a coouple of years later to stay afloat...you?

Legally you may be in a bit of trouble my friend.If it was an established trust it should have been untouchable.Suggest consulting the lawyer who set up the trust.

you do what you have to. If you can get on your feet and to a good job by using that money you can save it back and add more.

was the schmall trust you set up for the kids "revocable" or "irrevocable"? if it was "irrevocable" there might be some problems. you should probably consult a lawyer familiar with the law of the state under which the trust was established.

It could only be viewed as something pragmatical since there was no other recourse but to use that money to stay afloat.

Hope that something works out later in life to help your own kiddos out...... or......i guess you could go to a priest and, "repent' or cry about it???? I dont know but my ex wife is gonna hound me about it for the REST of my life if i dont get something accompolished.....anyone know of a job where i can make some type of profit after bills are paid so i can get my "Sorry (expletive) up out of the shelter!?!?!? 2012.

Come out here to the oil patch. They are begging for workers in all levels and in the jobs that people left to work in the oil field. Look at the want adds for Midland/Odessa and surrounding areas.
