I think our planet has stayed the same for the most part as a matter of fact I think the earth has made some improvement. While it's true that the past summers have still remained very hot, the winters are actually getting colder and with very cold winds. Recent summers are not as hot as they used to be imho. But when when there is a hot day in the summer it can get very hot like in the upper 90s. I do remember there were a number of very very hot summer weeks in the 1990s. It's gotten a little better.

Overall? Considering the massive increase in earthquakes, violent weather in the USA, etc etc. I would say global warming is our least worry.

Considering just last week there were 3 major earthquakes in a single day, 6-9 on the richter scale, I would say it safe to assume that either god is pissed or the earth is ready to say "screw you guys, I'm going home!"

LOL! Where did these 3 major earthquakes occur?
  • U Mad Bro? bt sedlock 2012/04/22 01:47:14
    U Mad Bro?
I apologize, There were 3 major earthquakes in under 48 hours.

    http://beforeitsnews.com/stor...

An 8.6 near Sumatra, same location as 2004, shortly after an 8.2 aftershock, then the next day there was a 7.x in southern mexico.

If you count the smaller quakes (6 or under) that would be 39 earthquakes that hit the earth in two days.

    LOL indeed, sir.

The 8.6 earthquake that hit Sumatra in 2004 was the Tsunami, right?

Oh. Tsunami is a Japanese word for seaquake. The tsunami that began on December 26, 2004 was the worst seaquake in recorded history.

Sorry. The 2004 seaquake was defintely a tsunami; how stupid of me to think otherwise.

I think we've already gone too far. The planet is past the point of no return. Nature is going to start making drastic moves to repair the damage we've done. It may even be drastic enough to kill off most of humanity.

I selected stayed the same because it is difficult to answer the question without time frames.... are we doing a better job then say the 1930s and 40s, YES, I believe we are...did we slide a little bit in the earlier 2000's - Yes, believe we did....

Only the most supremely arrogant (or massively bad at math) would say we've had an effect.

But the people on it have gotten worse.
