On Sodahead, do you think people are too pushy with their beliefs?

I think there are some people, but they cannot force you to believe what they believe. Nothing wrong stating your opinion it's your right but within limits without dis-respecting other people. I'll respect you for what you believe, we are all different and that makes the world an interesting place.

I think some are...especially when it's a very controversial issue or a sensitive subject.

There are some other factions that are but I mostly find it with the Christians. They are absolutely determined to save your soul, even if it doesn't need saving.

Everyone is really, but that is why opinion based sites are, extremely opinionated. This is the place for that opinion

At times I think they are. And I firmly believe that some just parrot what others think without having any clear idea of what they are talking about.

I don't mind people stating their opinion, but the ones that annoy me are the ones who engage in name calling if you happen to disagree with them.

Probably, I've been guilty of that myself, from time to time.

I try not to be "pushy', BUT i EXPRESS MY OPINION STRONGLY. i RESPECT THE OPINION OF OTHERS, BUT i DON'T FEEL THAT GOING OVER (OOPS, HIT THAT DAMNED CAPS LOCK AGAIN), a point several times to make it...PUSHY.

I think that most people are pretty forward with their convictions. But even though I dislike some of those convictions, I never trust anyone with no convictions they will stand up for.

When people start telling you your beliefs are wrong, then yes, they're getting a little pushy. Not to mention obnoxious!

No......what I think is that this is the end product of an opinion based website where free speech is alive and well whether we like someone's opinion and actions or not. Just as we are free to join and express our thoughts and beliefs, we are also just as free to leave.

You have the choice to agree or disagree, if I do not like their opinions I do not read or post on the blogs, easy.

People can have any beliefs they want. I only have a problem when they think that I can't have my own.

That's where the problems always start.

When it comes to politics the majority thinks their opinions are etched in stone. Things are fluid in life they change so having ideas and ideals that don't change only shows inflexibility not great intelligence. I recall that I was very vocal about ideologies when I was young, not so much anymore. I think both sides have good ideas and terrible ideas. I remain flexible to see what works well for the majority of the populous.

Yes but isn't that the point of this website?
