Fine her to max extend of law. I don't give flying f that she is a senior citizen.
This just shows how delusional these people have become. When you listen to all the atrocities in bible and all vile myth that supposed god did against human you automatically become paranoid.
So sad to see. Then to hear the woman say I just barely tapped it with the shovel to send it on...
When asked what she thought a little fawn would do, she replies: it could have jumped up and bit her head off.
Then uses God to defend herself... --=lordy, makes ya wonder.
It's not surprising to me though.
I had a similar incident happen once on a job I did for a Customer of mine and he also had property rentals.
The reason I did job for him was a good Customer. All my work is upper end residential homes as well as litigation work. I inspect construction jobs when problems develope, document findings and present all to the court as an expert witness.
So anyhow, we went and did a quick roof repair for him on his rental property as well as removed a pine tree about 4 to 6 inches in diameter.
My worker & I was having lunch while sitting in the truck and talking about how the daughter & mother had been arguing all morning so loud we could hear them even while sitting at the road in the truck. I laughed and said this is 1 reason why I stay away from rental property repair as well as low income home repair. I've heard these & worst stories to many times from others I know in Construction as well as the problems collecting their money.

First, where the daughter's new car is parked, (we saw her when she arrived & stormed i the house a few times that morning), car still had 30 day plates on it.
She park just off the street in front of the house each time she came.
At the edge of the lawn to act as a hedge by the street are crepe myrtles. Being spring they had been recently pruned back. The get pruned back & have limbs on them up to 2 inches in diameter. They stand approx 3 feet high.
As we are sitting there i my truck eating, the daughter storms out the house again, mad as a wet hen having her feathers plucked out one at a time. She gets in her car and backs up to turn around. As she does this, the drivers door & front fender are both torn up by these crepe myrtles, unreal. She does not stop to look at the damage, slow down or anything, she puts the car in drive and flies off.
We both look at each other and shake our heads in amazment that she did not even stop to look at the damage.
That evening while i was at home, my Customer calls me and ask how everythig went on the job. I said the job went great, all taken care of. I went on to say, tenants like this is one of the reasons I explained I do not get involved in rental repairs, some are just plain crazy.
He asked what I meant. I explained what had happened with the daughter & car.
He then replies: So you & your worker did not get into a fight & began throwing the tree that we cut up into her car, destroying the front end of it?
There was a long pause, then I said, you have got to be kidding me, right?
He replied, No, that is what they called and said when they asked for my insurance company's name & number.
I just began laughing, then when I stopped, I said I should file suit for slander, but you have been my Customer for to long. I further added, I hope you did not give her the name & number. Take the carre to any body shop you choose, they will tell you the direction the car was moving by the damage, the speed she moved at, there will be barck from the myrtles still wedged in the damaged fender, bumper & other trim. Pull the car up along side your myrtles there and you will see they match perfectly with the damage as well as several of the branches there are broke and others have the bark torn off them. And as you know the tree I cut down for you was a pine tree, easy enough for anyone to tell the difference.
She stormed out of the house cussing, got in the car, put it in reverse and floored it, she never even stopped to inspect the damage, just kept on going.
I asked him, did she give reason for not calling the police while we were doing all this??
He replied: I did ask her and she stated they were to afraid to.
He said: I just had to get your side of the story before going to meet her & the police at the residence.
I wished him well & if needed any more info, please call me, but do not ever call me to do any rental repairs.. hahaha
yeah, they don't match
BREAKS MY HEART 2 NO THERES PPL WHO WLD DO THT!!
