Something a friend said to me this week and gave me a lot to ponder.
People who intend to cause offense, like someone who posted a picture of Christ on a swing attached to the cross, like a chilren's toy. The knee-jerk reaction is to be offended. However, by counting to ten and taking a step back it is possible to re-interpret the meaning and to feel joy and comfort from that image.
Could for example interpret it as the freedom that has come from his sacrifice for us all.
If anyone knows the image, could you do me a favour and post it for me? Many thanks if you can.

it's like this picture:
I've had people go bat crazy over a few simple words added to this. there is honestly no problem with it as the bible says Jesus died and came back. it is a satirical spin by the latest generation using words they've grown up around, nothing more.
