I know some folks are born big I got it but some of this also stems from those parent who do not enforce an eating standard at the table

such as

little billy sez: "momma I dont liike these greenbeen you made"

momma sez: " oh thats okay sweety do you want me to order you a pizza or take you to McDonalds instead"

I agree but who really cares. I've had enough with the government and every do-gooder organization in the country trying to regulate personal responsibility. If people are getting fatter, so what. Maybe if we are lucky we'll become so fat that we will no longer have the ability to make war on the rest of the world and maybe the US will once again have to mind our own business. This whole obesity thing is just another way for powerful entities on both sides of the issue to make billions of dollars.

You can't go anywhere without seeing people with rolls all over. My daughter think I am being mean pointing it out but I keep telling her that these people don't know how unhealthy they really are.

Any parent who says that needs to be slapped. Know what I say?! EAT THEM ANYWAY, they're good for you! My girls aren't no skinny minnies but they don't get pizza & fast food just because they don't like what I make. Don't like what I make, starve! Couldn't be that hungry then.
