NPR reported that mothers had pesticides, carcinogens and other poisen in their breast milk and these poisens are found in many public water systems, Is this causing the many cancer deaths in the young?

There is more in the water then people think and stuff that can't be just filtered out. I have a plan that takes the human race to the next level with healthy bodies and immune systems. But first we start bringing healthy women into the nursery as wet nurses. Hello Nurse....
