Now, there's a new social network just for you.

TheNextWeb.com calls the aptly titled Shoe Addicts app "...a complete mobile social network for all you shoe lovers out there" and "Instagram for shoes." Within the app you take pictures of your shoes, and can apply filters and borders before sharing them with your friends. In the future, you'll be able to buy shoes directly from the app and receive exclusive discounts. Shoe Addicts is currently free to download for iPhone users. Will all you addicts download it or will you steer clear and try not to relapse?

My mom buys me one pair of shoes a year; even then it has to be under $20. If I want a second pair of shoes or something over $20 then it has to come out of my wallet. I'm broke, I cant afford to be a shoe addict. :P

I love trying on shoes, particularly black leather boots. Luckily I also am addicted to money, so they even each other out and I don't go over the top buying shoes.

Yes

I love shoes, and always have...I have lots of them, all different styles, and seasons...
and I wear them all...I also donate them to Goodwill, or the like after a couple of seasons, and only if they are still in really good shape...have to make room for some new ones.
Except for a handfull of kind of expensive ones, they are all moderately priced, and many were on sale..

Sort of. Well its your feet best friends. So why not wear something conformable and make your feet happy. And if you have choices you can coordinate it well to the outfit you like :)

I own 4 pairs of shoes. Nice tennis shoes, crappy tennis shoes (which used to be nice ones), hiking boots, and dress shoes

4 pairs for different occasions. Don't need anymore than that!

wow your playing tennis? great i do too.. well I got 2 tennis shoes. one i used it for hard court and the other one for shell court. I don't have such shoes as Crappy and Nice shoes. hahaha.. LOL

Well, I don't use them to play tennis, lol. They're just my every day use shoes. The crappy ones are for when I have to do yard work or other things where they may get dirty.

I try to own as little clothing as possible. I can buy a new pair if I get rid of a current pair of shoes. 1k for shoes? Maybe if they have jetpacks attached to them perhaps.

Not at all, I usually wear the same pair of shoes until the soles almost fall off. I never look at people's shoes, so I guess I don't think anybody looks at mine. As long as they are comfortable, that's all I care about.

Not anymore. I had 70 pairs when I was in high school. After I became a size 0, I lost my obsession with buying more shoes. Now that I've again become a size 6+ through constant suffering, I don't have the money, time or inclination. I was looking at the new shoes Sketcher's came out with "Bob's" to compete with "Tom's". I think they're much nicer.
