I'm very proud of my tattoo,I got it when I was 16yrs of age and it was illegal at the time.

I saw motorcycles as almost a religion and Harley Davidson were the pick of the crop then and still it seems now...

Brilliant retort, you just refused to acknowledge your hypocritical nature.

I has the word 'aria' tattoed on my stomach with rose pattern around, and love it. I am 17 so I may regret later, but I highly doubt I will. The word aria have very special meaning to me, and always will. I feel happy whenever I look at it.

I love my ink.. I only have one atm, I plan on getting the Hylian crest(skywars sword version) somewhere on my back, I am currently drawing a shoulder sleeve. I currently have two concepts partially one is a traditional Japanese tat., the other is a mx of modern western(Euro/American) graphic novel style and modern tat. style in the them of a graphic novel I have been working on(doing that for fun , almost ready to upload the first half of the first volume...I am proud of it so I wont apologize for this detour lol f(^_^) I also plan on getting 不名誉より死 (reads fumeiyo yori shi , literal=dishonor rather than death basically death before dishonor. I will stop now as i could go on fir ages...lol

Okay my phone is pissing me off I had to edit/correct typos 4 time...I am using Simeji japanese android keyboard and the english keys are way to close together...it's great for typing in hiragana/平仮名 and does a decent job of auto-detecting katakana/片仮名 and kanji/漢字 。。。If you speak/read japanese it is one of the best imo...but if not it sucks as an english keyboard...hell I hit 'post' twice on this reply....im going to stfu now (-_-;)

I don't have one yet, because I want to avoid regretting a tattoo I thought of when I was a teenager.

Smart move. It;s always easy to get a tattoo and a little harder to get rid of. Better to do something like that when you're good and ready. You are wise for your age.

I only have one tattoo and it means so much more to me than what you would think at face value. It's the Denver Broncos logo on my right arm. I'm a die hard Bronco fan since I wax a little kid, but only thanks to a man who got me into sports, mentored me, taught me many life lessons and helped me get through a rough childhood without ever touching a hard drug or succumbing to the pressures of my peers to get involved in criminal activity. The tattoo not only pays homage to my team, but it honors that man who always told me everytime I wanted to get a tattoo,"MAKE SURE YOU WON'T REGRET IT. You don't know who you'll be when you are older, so make sure you get a tattoo you won't regret if you get one." Well, I know I'll never regret this one and it's the only one I got.

Or I will be, anyway. I don't yet have the money to get it, but I've wanted the same tattoo for years.

I think the biggest things leading to regret are:

    Reason for getting it
Getting it without thinking about it
Getting something that is only good based on the current situation, such as a love interest's name.

Exactly right. I didn't get my first one until I was 44. I don't regret any of mine, however, my wife has another opinion.
