Every now and then, we just have to have a (large) handful of potato chips. Something about that salty, crunchy taste is just so ... satisfying.
Nowadays, we're more likely to pick up a bag of Baked Lays or another baked chip than Pringles or original Ruffles. Baked chips are not as healthy as, say, eating broccoli, but they're a lot less fattening than regular, deep-fried chips. And for "diet" food, the taste is pretty good, too.
And what has us wandering down the snack aisle today? Well, if you believe what you read on the Internet, today is National Potato Chip Day. Granted, this day was most likely created as a way to sell more chips, but it did get us craving a salty snack.

2) I like to make pizza dip...which a friend introduced me to. Take cream cheese, spread it on the bottom of a glass casserole dish however thick you like...we use an 8 oz package....spread prego on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella...bake at 350 till the cheese is melty and the dip is warm...oh man.....
happy pi day!!!
