Natasha Hill of Los Angeles, CA, has decided it would be best if the public actually decided the name of her baby for her. The Belly Ballot winner of $5,000 was notified on the 26th of February that the world will post ideas and vote on her baby's name from March 18th to the 22nd.
Hill seems excited about the idea, calling it "social" and "fun," but opposers are claiming it to be "irresponsible parenting" and "commercializing". It's really up to the mother to decide how she names her baby, but could this be a case of bambino embezzlement?

Shame on the mommy!

"I was named after my grandmother."
"My mom's loved this name ever since she was little."
"I was named after a historical figure."
"A bunch of strangers got paid to tell my mom what to call me."
Besides, What's in a name? That which we call a rose would still smell as sweet.
