I wish there was a different answer choice.
Call it Dog.
One syllable, easier for the dog to understand.
Most dogs can only understand commands that are up to about 2 syllables long.

If it is your mom's dog it should have the name she likes. If you want a dog named Tila, get one for yourself. How are you going to name her Christmas present? Did she force you to name dolls or toys what she wanted when you were a kid? Everyone gets to name their own stuff, toys, dolls, pets.
